Product Introduction
A bodysuit crotch placket is the most-worked closure in a baby's wardrobe: opened for every change, closed one-handed, on two overlapping layers of soft cotton. The 0910 at 9 mm is the size that segment is built around — light enough for a double-layer interlock placket, with a bearing area that holds the overlap through a year of washing, and a body of POM with no metal insert at a position where a hand works at every change. Each set is four parts — male stud, female socket, A face cap and D face cap — set in one press stroke.

Product Description
A crotch placket fails in the fabric first: the overlap stretches around a well-worked closure until the two rows of snaps no longer line up and the bodysuit gaps. The counter is a bearing area that spreads the pull across the interlock instead of concentrating it at one tack, which is what a properly set 9 mm snap provides on a double-layer overlap. The material matters just as much at this position: POM does not absorb water or hold detergent, the colour is dyed through the section, and there is no plating anywhere to wear against skin or cloth. The rim is moulded rather than cut, so the edge a hand feels at every change is smooth. White is stocked for standard baby cotton; dyed lots are matched to a Pantone reference or a physical swatch before bulk.

Factory Strength
Infant programmes are decided on Oeko-Tex Standard 100 for the compound and needle detection on every finished lot. Compounding and moulding run on one site, the process sheet is checked against the confirmed sample before each run — name, size, colour, quantity and hole diameter — and three first pieces go to QC for model, pull strength and appearance before production is released. Packed sets are counted and inspected again before dispatch.
