1. Clean, flush finish at the joint
Machined to a tight tolerance so the tube end sits flush with the fitting face. No exposed raw cut, no gap, no visual step — the connection looks as finished as it performs.
2. Locks the seal, not just the look
Acts as a positive stop and load-transfer ring: it controls insert depth, squares the tube in the seat, and keeps the gasket or ferrule from over-compressing. One ring, two jobs.
3. Formed or machined, no stress riser
Cold-formed from seamless stock or CNC-turned from billet. No weld seam at the bite edge, so the ring won't crack under repeated thermal cycling.
4. Corrosion-resistant by grade
304 for utility runs, 316L where chlorides are present. Electropolish and passivation available for UHP and hygienic lines.
5. Dead-leg-free, hygienic bore
The internal face is burr-free and polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 µm on request — nothing traps product, nothing you can't CIP out.
6. Fits the standard you're already running
ASME BPE, DIN 11851, SMS, ISO / IDF and Tri-clamp layouts available, with sizes matching your tube OD and wall schedule.
7. Stays put under vibration
Once seated, the ring resists rotation and pull-out. No loosening, no crevice opening up on a shaky skid.
8. Fully traceable
100% PMI on alloy grades, dimensional check per piece, EN 10204 3.1 certification on request.
