Production description:
- The whole machine line is controlled by PLC control system which is simple operation; intuitive; simple maintenance;
- Carding machine dust collection system;
- Professional oven design that is specialized in thermal bonded fiber and non glue fiber producing; it works for100g/m2 to 2000g/m2 range;
- Reasonable air circulation system and special blowing suction nest structure, using Tiefo dragon transportnetwork, so that the heat is quickly, constant and stable; The compact thermal insulation designed toenhance the utilization of geothermal energy.
- The oven main structure is designed by over blow and under suction system; the utilization of geothermalenergy is high; the finished production is visual and adjustable for the hardness and thickness, it’s flat andsmooth; even bonded quality, so that saves the low melt material and keep more profit.
- The carding machine is produced with enclosed safety cover and large area of the observation window that looks good of the appearance; the top cover is controlled by air cylinder to keep safe and convenience.
