Stone Production Process
1. profile of Stone Production Process
the common configuration of stone production line equipments generally adopts the two-stage and three-stage crushing process. Most gravel plants usually use two closed-circuit process, that is, the secpmdary crusher and the check screening equipment form a closed circuit, ensuring that the product size can meet the requirements of sand and gravel aggregate.

3.Operating principle
Gravel production line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling other equipment.
Chunks of stone through vibrating feeder evenly sent to jaw crusher for crushing, crushing stone after a belt conveyor to a impact crusher for re-crushing, then by belt conveyor to vibrating screen sieving, screening out of several stones of different sizes, to meet the requirements of gravel particles, taken from the finished product conveyor belt stockpiles, does not meet the requirements of gravel particles by belt conveyor feed back to the crusher for broken again to form a closed loop several times, finished size can be according to the needs of users, be combined and graded.
