Features
Hydraulic Shearing Machine
1) Cutting mode Double Hydraulic pillar structure ,hydraulic brake up to down cutting.
2) Automatical cut according to the signal order , which send by the feeder.
3) Driven by the φ180 hydrocylinder.
4) Adjustable gap design to meet different thickness plate.
5) Cutting machine set spring pressure loading device, ensure the shear surface without a
scratch, scratch and flanging phenomenon ,can be safe shear to 1 X13500 steel plate .The
main frame used welding structure, easy to maintenance.

Function: Adopt 24V safe voltage to control the hydralic control element, finish the control action with the electrical equipment and coordinate the line be automation.
The whole line adopt centralized control, main operation has the feature of length setting, digital display, automatic counting, high or low speed adjustment, manual
material guiding, autofeeding, continuous cutting, failure warning,ect. Use digital blending control,PLC control system to control the machine, the operation panel adopt
touch screen control.
