Germany AARON Stainless Steel Wire Coating Covering Power Test Scrape Bar
Designed according to GB/T 1727-92, with different diameter stainless steel wire winding on a stainless steel bar, make use of the space between the stainless steel wire to coat different thickness membrane.
Advantages:
- Good repeatability, reappear ink density
- Accurate imitate various specifications, observe the proofing color.
- Save more time on testing raw material
- Coating thickness range: 7~717 μm
Main technical data:
- Wear resistance stainless steel material bar and wire
- Very suitable for the thinner coating, such as the test of paper coating and can coating
- Used for soft material, such as paper, paperboard, test card, foil paper, leather, textile, etc.
- At the end of the bar has the max. coating thickness
- Total length: 240mm, effective coating length: 200mm
- Lengthening bar length:400mm, effective coating length: 300mm
- Wire diameter: 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200μm
Purpose: Coating the stipulated width of the wet film,to test the covering power, color of the test sample.
