The MVME2301 is a VMEbus processor module launched by Motorola, belonging to the MVME2300 series. Here are its detailed specifications:
Processor

  • Adopts a 200MHz MPC603 processor, which is a 32-bit microprocessor from the MPC60x series, providing stable computing performance for embedded control tasks.

Memory & Storage

  • DRAM: Equipped with 16MB ECC (Error-Correcting Code) DRAM, ensuring the accuracy of data storage and transmission by detecting and correcting common internal data errors.

  • Flash Memory: Features 5MB flash memory, dedicated to storing system programs, boot code, and critical data, enabling stable startup and data persistence even after power loss.

Expansion Slots

  • 2 x 32/64-bit PMC (PCI Mezzanine Card) expansion slots with front-panel and P2 I/O interfaces, supporting the addition of functional modules such as I/O cards, communication adapters, or data acquisition cards.

  • 1 x 64-bit PCI expansion mezzanine connector, further enhancing expandability for customizing system functions based on application needs.
