1.Product overview
The KYM800 magnetic level gauge features a fully isolated structure between the detection unit and the indication unit. It is suitable for local visual indication of liquid levels in various vessels under complex conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosion. With optional accessories, it can also enable alarm control and signal transmission.
2.Working Principle
The magnetic float moves with the liquid level, and its magnetic force drives the magnetic flap indicators (red and white dual-color) on the external display panel to rotate 180°. When the liquid level rises, the flaps turn from white to red; when it falls, they turn from red to white. The red area indicates the actual liquid level height.
3.Core features
Structural Design: Fully isolated detection and indication units; integrated compact installation of the main body tube and indicator.
Indication Method: Magnetic coupling drive, non-contact flap indication with high accuracy and long service life.
Pressure Rating: Designed to meet high-pressure equipment standards. Specific pressure withstand range depends on the model and flange rating.
Material Standards: Wetted parts (float, main tube) can be customized using materials such as 304/316L stainless steel, titanium, PVC, PP, etc., based on the medium.
Environmental Adaptability: Excellent resistance to interference and operational impact.
4.Optional Functional Extensions
Switch Output: Added Magnetic switches (reed or Hall sensors) for upper/lower limit alarms or control.
Analog Output: Equipped with a level transmitter to output a 4–20 mA DC standard signal. Supports communication protocols such as HART (optional) with a transmission distance≤1000 m.
Remote System Integration: Output signals can be directly connected to automation control systems such as PLC, DCS.
