Product Description
This high capacity coal dryer with continuous operation is an industrial-grade rotary drying unit purpose-built for non-stop large-volume coal processing. It is widely deployed in large coal washing plants, lignite upgrading bases, coal chemical enterprises and centralized coal distribution centers, capable of stably processing 15-90 tons of raw coal, clean coal, coal slime and bituminous coal per hour, and controlling the final moisture of finished products below 10%. The whole system is designed for 24-hour uninterrupted operation, perfectly matching the high-load continuous production rhythm of modern industrial coal processing lines.
Working Principle
Powered by a heavy-duty high-torque transmission assembly, the large inclined rotary drum rotates at a precisely calibrated low speed. Wet coal is evenly fed into the drum, and repeatedly lifted, turned and scattered by the cascading lifting flights inside, forming a uniform full-section material curtain that fully contacts with counter-flow high-temperature flue gas. The moisture in coal is rapidly evaporated through continuous heat exchange, the generated water vapor is stably discharged out of the system by the induced draft fan, and the dried qualified coal is continuously output from the discharge end. The built-in automatic anti-blocking cleaning device runs synchronously with the drum, eliminating the sticking and clogging problem of high-viscosity coal during long-hour operation.
