Product Description
This 200 tons per day coal dryer plant is a compact mid-small scale integrated drying system tailored for small coal processing sites and individual coal washing workshops. It stably processes 200 tons of raw coal, coal slime, lignite or granular coal per day, reducing the final moisture of finished coal to below 15%, effectively boosting coal calorific value and lowering subsequent transportation and storage costs. It supports 8-12 hours of continuous daily operation, features a small footprint, and can be quickly put into use after simple on-site assembly.
Working Principle
Powered by a matched stable transmission assembly, the inclined rotary drum runs at a calibrated low speed. Wet coal is evenly fed into the drum, repeatedly lifted, turned and scattered by optimized cascading lifting flights to form a uniform full-section material curtain, which fully contacts with counter-flow high-temperature flue gas for sufficient heat and mass exchange. The moisture in coal is rapidly evaporated, the generated water vapor is purified by the supporting dust removal system and then discharged up to standard, and the dried qualified coal is continuously output from the discharge end. The built-in automatic anti-blocking cleaning device runs synchronously with the drum, effectively preventing high-viscosity coal from sticking to the drum inner wall.
