Product Description
This coal dryer for reducing moisture to 20 percent is a purpose-built industrial drying unit tailored for scenarios where strict 20% final moisture control is required. It stably processes raw coal, coal slime, fine coal or granular coal, precisely controlling the final moisture of finished products within 20% ±1%, avoiding over-drying to cut unnecessary energy consumption. It supports continuous operation, and can be seamlessly connected with upstream coal preparation systems to form a low-cost, high-efficiency drying production line.
Working Principle
Powered by a stable heavy-duty transmission assembly, the inclined rotary drum runs at a precisely calibrated low speed. Wet coal is evenly fed into the drum, repeatedly lifted, turned and scattered by optimized cascading lifting flights to form a uniform material curtain, which fully contacts with low-temperature hot air for mild and sufficient heat exchange. The system dynamically adjusts hot air volume and drum speed through a real-time moisture feedback mechanism, accurately stopping the drying process when the coal moisture drops to 20%, preventing excessive water loss. The evaporated water vapor is purified by the supporting dust removal system and discharged up to standard, and the coal with stable 20% moisture is continuously output from the discharge end.
