RU series crossed roller bearings adopt integrated inner ring and outer ring without split cut. The cylindrical rollers are arranged alternately at 90°. Pre-machined mounting holes are manufactured directly on bearing rings, so extra flange housing is not required for installation.
With excellent versatility, RU bearings support both inner ring rotation and outer ring rotation. Two mounting types are available for each size: RU-G (double counterbore through holes) and RU-X (outer counterbore holes + inner threaded blind holes). Widely adopted as precision rotary components for automation equipment.
Structure:
1. One-piece inner & outer ring
No split clearance, achieving higher structural rigidity and lower runout. More universal than RB and RE series for both rotation modes.
2. Pre-drilled mounting holes
Direct installation without auxiliary flange base, simplifying mechanical design and reducing customer machining costs.
3. Two optional mounting configurations
✅ RU-G: Counterbore through holes on both rings, bolts can be installed from two sides.
✅ RU-X: Outer ring with counterbore holes, inner ring with threaded blind holes, suitable for confined installation space.
4. Multi-direction combined load capacity
90° crossed rollers withstand radial load, bidirectional axial load and overturning moment simultaneously. One bearing replaces multiple bearing sets.
5. Compact thin cross-section
Low overall height saves installation space, ideal for lightweight and miniaturized machinery.
6.Available precision grades
Standard P5 ；P4 high precision can be customized
7. Various sealing options
Open type, single-side seal and double-side seal for clean room and slightly dusty working conditions.
8. Roller spacers equipped
Spacers separate rollers to avoid friction, reduce rotation torque and ensure stable operation.
