1. Product Description

The whole plant takes the ball mill as core equipment, matched with crushers, feeders, classifiers, hydrocyclones, dust removal devices and supporting electric control systems. The complete grinding system can be applied to gold ore, copper ore, iron ore, lead-zinc ore and other metallic and non-metallic mineral grinding projects. 2. Working Principle

Raw ores go through primary and secondary crushing to reach suitable feeding size, then are sent into the ball mill continuously by feeding equipment. Driven by the transmission system, the ball mill cylinder rotates steadily. Internal steel balls are lifted and fall under centrifugal force and lining friction, impacting and grinding ore materials. Qualified fine materials flow out from the mill. The classifier or hydrocyclone separates coarse particles and returns them to the ball mill for re-grinding to form closed-circuit grinding. The whole set of equipment operates coordinately under unified electric control. After grinding, qualified ore pulp or powder is transported to subsequent beneficiation processes such as flotation, leaching and gravity separation. As a turnkey supplier, we ensure every link of the whole grinding plant runs smoothly and achieves designed processing capacity.
