1. Product Description
The Industrial Rotary Dryer for Wastewater Sludge Drying is professional dewatering equipment designed for sludge generated from municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes. Wastewater sludge generally features high moisture, strong viscosity, poor flowability and is prone to sticking and agglomeration. This rotary dryer is equipped with customized anti-sticking lifting plates, stable heat supply unit and intelligent monitoring module. It can continuously reduce the moisture content of wet sludge steadily and run for long-cycle uninterrupted operation. It serves as vital supporting equipment for sludge reduction, solid waste recycling, organic fertilizer production and waste incineration pretreatment projects.
2. Working Principle
This rotary dryer for wastewater sludge adopts countercurrent circulating heat exchange and continuous dehydration principle. Wet wastewater sludge is quantitatively and continuously fed into the rotary drum via the feeding system. Specially designed anti-sticking lifting plates repeatedly lift, tumble and break up sticky sludge lumps to form a uniform material curtain inside the cylinder, realizing sufficient heat exchange between sludge and hot air. Hot air flows opposite to the material moving direction and evaporates surface and internal moisture of the sludge. The PLC intelligent system monitors drum temperature, air volume and outlet material moisture in real time, and automatically adjusts feeding speed and heat supply to maintain stable drying performance. Exhaust gas and fine sludge dust are collected and purified by the matched dust removal and gas treatment system to meet environmental emission standards. Dried sludge is continuously discharged for subsequent resource utilization or harmless disposal.
