Product Overview
This Double Roller Crusher is specially developed for medium and fine crushing of industrial slag, cinder, furnace slag and waste residue materials. Industrial slag features high hardness, strong abrasion and uneven block size, which easily causes rapid wear and uneven crushing with ordinary crushers. This heavy-duty roller crusher adopts reinforced body and high wear-resistant roller shells, delivering stable crushing performance for various slag materials. It is widely used in slag recycling plants, thermal power plants, metallurgical residue processing and industrial waste recycling lines to produce qualified recycled aggregate and powder materials.

Specialized for slag and cinder crushing: Upgraded heavy-duty structure effectively resists high abrasion and impact from hard slag materials. High manganese steel roller shells extend service life greatly under long-term residue processing conditions. The extrusion crushing method ensures uniform particle size, reduces over-crushing and improves the yield of usable slag finished products.
Precise adjustable roller gap flexibly controls discharging granularity to meet different requirements of slag reuse, powder processing and aggregate recycling. Optimized feeding structure avoids material accumulation and blockage during continuous slag crushing. The whole machine runs stably with low failure rate and strong continuous operation capability. Simple disassembly and convenient daily maintenance effectively reduce the operating cost of industrial residue recycling projects.
Working Principle
Driven by high-torque power system, the two rollers rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Bulk slag, cinder and furnace residue materials are evenly fed into the crushing cavity. Through continuous, powerful extrusion and grinding force between the heavy-duty rollers, hard and irregular slag blocks are crushed into uniform granular or powdery finished products. Users adjust roller clearance to obtain targeted particle specifications for subsequent slag recycling and deep processing.
