1. Product Description
The Gold Cyanide Leaching Plant is a full industrial-grade NaCN leaching and gold dissolution system designed for professional gold ore beneficiation. It adopts the globally proven sodium cyanide leaching process and integrates a complete set of supporting systems to realize standardized gold dissolution and extraction from natural gold ores. Different from ordinary single-function leaching equipment, this complete system covers the whole industrial process from ore pretreatment, pulp preparation, chemical leaching, gold dissolution to subsequent gold enrichment and tailings treatment. Built for formal large and medium-scale mining operations, the plant features full-process system matching, sealed circulating operation and standardized industrial configuration. It delivers stable, safe and high-efficiency gold dissolving capacity, serving as the core standard processing system for modern commercial gold beneficiation projects.
2. Working Principle
This gold leaching plant works on the mature chemical dissolution mechanism of sodium cyanide for gold extraction. After gold ore is crushed and finely ground into uniform pulp, the internal gold minerals are fully dissociated and exposed. The qualified pulp is transferred to sealed leaching tanks for continuous cyanidation reaction. With sodium cyanide as the core leaching agent, stable chemical reaction occurs between the reagent and solid gold particles inside the pulp. Insoluble metallic gold is converted into soluble gold cyanide complex ions, realizing effective gold dissolution from ore materials. During the whole process, the system maintains balanced stirring, stable reagent concentration and closed circulating reaction to ensure sufficient and uniform gold dissolution. After complete leaching, the gold-rich pulp flows to the next beneficiation procedure for gold adsorption and recovery.
