Multiple protection: The fully enclosed design provides dustproof, waterproof, and electromagnetic interference resistance functions, with a protection rating of up to IP55, providing reliable protection for cables and ensuring their normal operation.
- Efficient heat dissipation: Some cable trays have a certain opening rate on the top, usually between 15% and 30%. Combined with the convection heat dissipation principle, it can effectively reduce the temperature rise of cables during operation, generally reducing the cable temperature rise by 10-15°C, which is conducive to extending the service life of cables.
- Flexible expansion: Adopting modular component design, it can easily extend in multiple directions horizontally or vertically to adapt to different wiring requirements. The minimum bending radius is generally 1.5D (D is the outer diameter of the cable), facilitating cable bending and laying.

Easy installation: The structure is relatively simple and the installation process is relatively easy. A variety of installation methods can be adopted, such as vertical against the wall, horizontal along the corridor pipe, etc. It can also be installed by welding the tray support arm or fixing with bolts, and the installation accuracy and standardization requirements are relatively low.
- Convenient maintenance: The modular design makes it easier to replace or repair specific parts, reducing maintenance cost and difficulty. Daily maintenance mainly involves regularly checking whether the connection parts of the cable tray are loose, whether the surface of the cable tray is damaged, etc., and problems can be dealt with promptly.
Accessories & Attachments
- Connection accessories: including connecting plates, bolts, nuts, washers, etc., used to connect the various sections of the cable tray to ensure the overall stability and electrical continuity of the tray. The thickness of the connecting plate is generally δ≥2mm for double-plate connection, and δ≥3mm for single-plate connection.
- Fixing accessories: such as tray support arms and crossarms, used to support and fix the cable tray so that it can be firmly installed on buildings or supporting structures. Usually, a crossarm is installed at intervals of 1.5 to 2 meters.
- Other accessories: may also include cable tray bonding jumpers, partition plates, cover plate locks, etc. The bonding jumper is used to achieve electrical connection between trays; the partition plate can divide the internal space of the tray into different areas for classified cable laying.
