XZFT Attachments excavator tilt bucket:
Tilt is driven by a single cylinder set between the head bracket and the back of the shell, and the body swings on a pivot boss at the middle of the back, where the load is taken into the shell.
The cutting edge is bolted across the full width of the floor plate with the bolt heads on the outside, so a worn edge is unbolted and renewed without cutting the shell.
The ends of the shell are rolled plate rather than square corners, so material releases across the full width when the body is tipped and less of it packs into the corners.
Hose runs go over the head bracket in coil wrapped loops rather than under the body, so the lines stay clear of the ground and of the load being moved.
Pin bosses at the head and the pivot pin at the back are left open to view, so the tilt joint and the linkage pins are greased and checked with the bucket on the machine.
