Product description:
The screen is a spiral winding carried inside the drum rather than drilled plate bolted in panels, so there are no plate joints or bolt rows on the screening surface.
The drive is a separate group mounted on top of the frame outside the drum, so the motor can be reached, hosed and checked from outside the body while the screening parts stay assembled inside.
The ends of the body are tapered shroud plates with gussets, forming a funnel at each end of the drum and tying the frame back into the side walls where the structure is opened up.
A row of teeth is carried along the lower edge of the body, so compacted material and rubble are broken loose ahead of the drum instead of being forced into it as dug.
Hoses are taken along the frame in coil wrapped runs with a loop left at the moving end, so the lines are not left hanging under the body or across the screening face.
