XZFT Attachments' excavator digging bucket:
Bulk excavation of soil, sand and gravel is the main job of this bucket, where a full one and a half cubic metre load is turned over cycle after cycle.
Trench and foundation bulk digging is opened up with the volume bucket, then trimmed with a narrower one, so the mass of the work is taken in fewer passes.
Trucks and containers are loaded and stockpiles are built or drawn down, with the rounded back letting the load run out instead of hanging up.
Backfill and fill material are moved, spread and levelled on site, so the same bucket digs the material and places it again.
Mixed ground with the occasional stone is worked with the teeth, so the bucket is not stopped by the odd boulder in ordinary excavation.
Characteristics:
Dig more, lose less — a 1.5 m³ shell with a lipped spill guard means fewer partial loads per cycle
Six long-tip teeth open ground a standard tip struggles with — clay, hardpan and compacted fill
Wear parts where wear happens — bolted side cutters, welded heel strips, reinforced leading edges
Bolted cutters swap on site — no cutting, no reweld on the corner
Spill guard's inward lip keeps material in on the swing — fewer cleanups at the truck
Built for continuous loading cycles, not occasional trench work
Heavy ears with thick pin collars — full hydraulic force goes into the bucket, not the bushings
