Applications:
The sand processing system equipment is used to collect and process the sand returned from the molding line. We can undertake turnkey projects including design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and training. The ordering party shall provide the factory building (steel structure), equipment foundation, water, electricity, gas and gas connection to the contractor's designated location, workshop and trench lighting, as well as control room production and decoration. The sand processing system includes a sand dropping unit, a hot used sand magnetic separation recovery and transportation unit, a screening and cooling unit, an old sand storage and activation unit, a batching and mixing sand detection unit, a molding sand transportation unit, a screening residue and waste sand collection and discharge unit, a static pressure line scattered sand transportation unit, a new sand auxiliary material storage and transportation unit, a dust removal unit, an auxiliary supporting unit, and an electronic control unit
Specific technical requirements:
1. Old sand processing capacity of sand processing system: according to user needs;
Mixing capacity of sand mixer: according to user needs;
The temperature of the cooled old sand should not exceed 45 degrees Celsius, or the ambient temperature should be increased by 10 degrees Celsius;
Humidity of cooled old sand: 1.8~2.2%:
2. Performance of old sand: After hexagonal screening, there should be no sand particles larger than 6x16
Exhaust concentration of dust removal system: less than 15mg/m ³
3. Surrounding environment of the system: Dust collection measures must be taken at all dust collection points of the system, and there must be no visible or obvious dust spillage
Noise isolation: Each dust removal fan is equipped with a soundproof room to ensure that the noise level does not exceed 85dB
Quality of molding sand: Under the condition of using qualified raw and auxiliary materials, both parties cooperate and adjust to ensure that the molding sand performance meets the requirements of the molding line on the basis of meeting production capacity.
Main indicators of molding sand: compaction rate of 38%~42%
Wet compressive strength 212N/cm
Wet tensile strength 1.2-2.5N/cm?
Breathability greater than 100
Total mud content 8%~10%

Detection and control of process parameters: The system needs to be equipped with a daily sand temperature detection and control system
