XZFT Attachments' excavator digging bucket:
It's the general purpose bucket that normally comes with teeth, and it is suitable for digging, loading, and moving various materials like soil, sand, and loose rock.
Characteristics:
1. At one and a half cubic metres the bucket is sized for bulk loading of soil, sand and gravel, so the carrier works with a full bucket rather than making up the rate in extra cycles.
2. The shell is wide and deep with a rounded back, so the bucket fills evenly across its width and releases the load cleanly when the stick is rolled out.
3. Teeth along the edge are carried on bolt on adapters, so the points that take the wear are renewed as small parts while the shanks and the edge stay in service.
4. Bolt on side cutters protect the corners where the bucket rubs against the face, and wear bars welded along the side plate take the abrasion from the ground.
5. The pin ears sit in a reinforced head with gussets down to the shell, and the bucket needs no auxiliary circuit, so it pins onto the machine and digs.
