XZFT Attachments excavator rock bucket:
1. One cubic metre of capacity on a 21 ton class carrier, so the bucket is matched to the machine rather than undersized for the ground it has to work.
2. The shell is built from heavy plate with a deep back, so a full load of hard ground is levered out without the body springing out of shape.
3. Teeth along the edge are carried on bolt on adapters with exposed fasteners, so the points and adapters are renewed as small parts and the heavy edge behind them stays in service.
4. A bolt on side cutter guards the corner and welded wear blocks run along the side plate edge, so the lines that take the abrasion are renewable rather than the shell plate itself.
5. The pin ears sit in a reinforced head with bushed pin bores and gussets down into the shell, and no circuit is needed, so the bucket pins to an XCMG 215 class machine and digs.

Rock buckets are built with thicker, stronger steel plates and wear-resistant materials to endure the impact and abrasion of rocks and hard ground.

They are equipped with aggressive, heavy-duty teeth that can penetrate and break up rock formations.
