Waterborne polyurethane resin 1. Appearance and Physical Properties: Appearance: Milky white emulsion Composition: Aliphatic Ionic type: Anionic Solid content: 41±２% Viscosity (25°C): Below 400 CPS Modulus: 190kg/cm2 pH value: 8～9 2. Product Features Specifically designed for screen printing of pet PVC water-based inks. It offers excellent printing fastness, fine image detail, good gloss, and is not prone to screen clogging. It is fast-drying. Excellent alcohol compatibility stability (no agglomeration or thickening when stirred at high speed with color paste), good adhesion and anti-blocking. Printed products exhibit good hot-water resistance, color migration resistance, scratch resistance, and recoatability. The ink has excellent color development and printing adaptability. 3. Applications Used for pet, soft PVC, PVC film, PVC rigid plastic flooring, PVC edge banding strips and buckle strips, and other PVC water-based inks. Suitable for various printing processes including flexographic printing, gravure printing, offset printing, screen printing, etc. 4. Storage and Shelf Life: 1. Storage period: 6 months. Storage temperature: 0～40℃. The storage environment must not be below 0℃, otherwise it will freeze; if the temperature exceeds 50℃, it will coagulate and cannot be recovered. 2. This product should be placed in a ventilated, dark place. Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight. Keep sealed to prevent moisture evaporation and skinning.
