Yingde Bokeli Coatings Co., Ltd. Extra-Matte Scratch-Resistant PET Film is suitable for various heat transfer, thermal transfer, screen printing, offset printing (color printing), thermosetting printing, etc. It is also suitable for printing with various water-based and oil-based inks, cold peel and hot peel. It is free from defects such as particles, bubbles, and powder shedding. It features high temperature resistance, solvent resistance, non-glossy surface, good adhesion, good color yield, and stable release. It uses imported high-quality PET film as the base material, with a frosted surface, uniform coating, flat and smooth, and wrinkle-free. Generally available in two thicknesses: 5c 7.5c and 10c, with specification sizes of 39x54cm 48x64cm. This film has good color yield on the release side, strong temperature resistance, and excellent release effect, suitable for screen-printed and offset-printed patterns. Hot stamping process: 130-160°C for 6-15 seconds, or 18-200°C for 20-30 minutes. Application scope: garment accessories, footwear & headwear, bags, webbing, waterproof zippers, advertising, food packaging, non-woven fabrics, electronic shielding film transfer, epoxy resin transfer, PU TPU transfer, and other materials.
