XZFT Attachments excavator tilt bucket:
1. Road formations and shoulders are cut and trimmed to line with the body angled to the crossfall, keeping subgrade and shoulder levels consistent over long runs.
2. Embankments and batters on larger sites are shaped with the machine working from the top or the toe, so the face being formed does not have to carry the carrier.
3. Drainage channels, irrigation dit
ches and culvert inverts are cut to their section, holding the invert and both side slopes to line along the length of the run.
4. Yards, quarry floors and site levels are dressed to a camber so water runs off, and the tilt is used to feather the edges where the surface meets the road or kerb.
5. Topsoil and fill are spread on larger sites with the tilt set to the thickness required at the edge, so the spread feathers out instead of ending in a ridge.
