1. Product Overview
The 15K 4200W ultrasonic plastic welding machine is a high-power plastic welding equipment launched by the Plastic Welding Machine Division of Huizhou Lijing Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Nanfang Lijing). The equipment transmits ultrasonic waves through the welding head to plastic processing parts, causing intense friction on the joint surfaces of two plastics due to ultrasonic action, and the frictional heat melts the joint surfaces instantly to complete fusion.
The equipment adopts a coaxial direct-pressure design, ensuring balanced pressure application and increasing welding precision. Equipped with a level screw design, the mold is easy to adjust; the welding limit system prevents glue overflow after welding. It has functions such as fusion, insertion, forming, riveting, spot welding, cutting, and stitching. By changing the welding head, one machine can be used for multiple applications. The overall structure is well-designed and the appearance is attractive.
15KHz + 4200W is a high-power ultrasonic welding configuration. Compared with the 15K 2600W model, the 4200W ultrasonic plastic welding machine has higher power, a welding area of up to 300mm, and stronger driving force, making it suitable for welding larger plastic parts, such as electric mosquito swatters, large-diameter impellers, electrical accessories, automotive parts, etc. It is a flagship equipment for batch welding of medium and large plastic products.
