The ultrasonic medical silicone gel perforating machine is a dedicated perforating equipment developed by Huizhou Lijing Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. for the medical dressing industry. It is widely used in precision perforating processes for products such as medical adhesive dressings and silicone gel dressings.
The equipment uses ultrasonic high-frequency vibration technology, with specially designed patterned rollers working in conjunction with the ultrasonic system to achieve fast and uniform perforation effects on materials such as silicone gel, PU film, and non-woven fabrics. Compared with traditional mechanical punching, ultrasonic perforation requires no needle contact, does not damage the material surface, and produces smooth, burr-free hole edges, effectively solving industry pain points such as easy adhesion and rough edges in traditional processes.
The equipment completes the entire process automatically from material feeding to composite pressing and perforation to finished product output, with automatic feeding, automatic perforating, and automatic waste removal. Its predecessor, Dongguan Nanfang Lijin Machinery Co., Ltd., has focused on ultrasonic technology R&D since 1997 and has obtained more than 70 national patents. This equipment once appeared as a star product at the Shanghai International Medical Supplies and Dressings Exhibition.

Ultrasonic cold perforation, no damage to materials
Utilizes ultrasonic high-frequency vibration for precise perforation without mechanical punches, and does not penetrate the bottom protective film. The hole edges are smooth, burr-free, and free of thermal damage, making it especially suitable for medical materials with high surface quality requirements such as silicone gel and PU films.
Custom patterned rollers, flexible hole size and pattern options
The perforating patterned rollers can be custom designed according to customer requirements, with different hole sizes and hole densities produced as needed. One machine can meet the needs of multiple product specifications.
Automatic waste removal, no clogging, no wrinkling
The reasonably designed feeding and pressing structure automatically carries away perforation waste during the rolling process, ensuring that waste does not clog the holes and that materials are fed flat without wrinkling.
PLC intelligent control, easy operation
Equipped with a human-machine interface PLC control system, parameters such as perforation depth and speed can be precisely set via the touch screen. Ordinary workers can operate it after simple training.
Fully automatic continuous operation, stable and efficient
The entire process from unwinding, perforating, to rewinding is automated, supporting long-duration continuous operation. An optional automatic slitting function is available to achieve integrated perforation and slitting production.
