Self-Piercing Riveting (SPR) Equipment
Our SPR self-piercing riveting machine is an advanced cold forming joining solution for sheet metal assembly. Different from traditional riveting, no pre-drilling of workpieces is needed. The rivet pierces through the upper sheet and flares into the bottom material to form a reliable interlock joint.
It supports joining dissimilar materials: aluminum alloy, carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and multi-layer combinations. Available in hydraulic type and servo electric type. Features stable riveting force, adjustable stroke, easy operation and low maintenance.
Widely applied in new energy vehicle body, coach body, commercial vehicle, metal cabinet, electrical enclosure, traffic sign board and light metal structure production. We can customize C-type frame, riveting capacity, gun shape according to your workpiece requirements.
