Product Description
This large capacity coal dryer for industrial production is a heavy-duty continuous drying equipment tailored for large-scale coal processing scenarios. It is widely used in coal washing plants, thermal power stations, coking enterprises and coal briquette production lines, capable of processing 13.5-80 tons of raw coal, coal slime, lignite and other materials per hour, stably reducing the final moisture of finished coal to 12%-15%. It supports 24-hour non-stop operation, and can be seamlessly connected with front-end feeding systems and rear-end dust removal equipment to form a fully automated industrial production line.
Working Principle
Driven by a high-torque transmission system, the large inclined rotary drum runs at a stable low speed. Wet coal enters the drum from the feeding end, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the internal specially designed lifting plates to form a uniform full-section material curtain, which fully contacts with high-temperature flue gas for sufficient heat and mass exchange. The moisture in the coal is rapidly evaporated, the water vapor is discharged out of the machine through the induced draft system, and the dried qualified coal is output from the discharge port. The optimized internal structure eliminates the sticking phenomenon of high-viscosity coal on the inner wall of the drum.
