Product Description
PI Zone Valve, 6-way, 24 V AC/DC, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU, MP-Bus, DN 15, female thread, Rp 1/2", PN 16, ps 1600 kPa, V'nom 980 l/h, medium temperature 6 to 80 °C; 43 to 176 °F. PI Zone Valve, 6-way, female thread, PN 16. This HVAC actuator consists of two components: a 6-way switching ball valve with an actuator and a mechanical, pressure-independent 2-way zone valve (PIQCV) with an actuator. The set flow rates for Sequence 1 (V'max1) and Sequence 2 (V'max2) are assigned to the control signal as follows. The actuator can be controlled via communication or analog signals. Depending on the control signal, the cooling or heating sequence is activated by switching the 6-way ball valve. In addition, the pressure-independent 2-way zone valve ensures that the water flow required for cooling or heating operation meets the control signal requirements. When the pressure differential across the PIQCV is between 16 and 350 kPa, the built-in pressure regulating valve ensures a constant flow rate. Regardless of the pressure differential across the 2-way zone valve, the valve control ratio is 1. Even during pressure fluctuations and under partial load conditions, the flow rate remains constant according to demand, ensuring stable regulation.
