1. Product Description
The Complete Mineral Drying Plant for Ore Processing Industry is an integrated turnkey drying solution tailored for mineral processing and ore beneficiation enterprises. The whole plant consists of feeding system, rotary drum dryer, heat supply unit, dust collection and waste gas purification system, PLC automatic control cabinet, finished material conveying device and supporting auxiliary facilities. It can handle various raw materials such as raw ore, mineral concentrate, mining tailings and non-metallic mineral materials. The whole plant realizes automatic continuous operation from wet material feeding, thermal drying, dust purification to dry material output. Featuring stable discharging moisture, high operation safety and centralized intelligent management, it is an ideal choice for newly-built ore processing lines and the technical renovation of existing mineral plants.
2. Working Principle
This complete mineral drying plant adopts gradient countercurrent circulating heat exchange and centralized intelligent control principle. Wet mineral materials are quantitatively and continuously transported into the rotary drum dryer by the feeding equipment. Inside the drum, wear-resistant and anti-sticking lifting plates repeatedly lift and scatter materials to break agglomerates and form a uniform material curtain, so that mineral particles can fully contact with hot air generated by the heating unit. Hot air flows countercurrently inside the drum for progressive heat exchange to evaporate moisture from the minerals. Multiple sensors collect real-time data including material moisture, drum temperature and exhaust parameters and transmit signals to the central PLC control cabinet, which automatically adjusts feeding rate, heat output and air volume. Waste gas and mineral dust are purified by the sealed dust removal system to meet environmental emission standards. Qualified dried minerals are continuously conveyed to the finished product area to complete the whole drying workflow.
