1. Product Description
The Complete Palm Biomass Rotary Drying Plant Equipment is a full turnkey drying system tailored for palm oil mill biomass residues, including empty fruit bunch (EFB), palm fiber, palm kernel shell and palm sludge. Palm biomass materials feature high moisture, fibrous texture and are prone to tangling, bridging and abrasion. This integrated plant consists of feeding conveyor, heavy-duty rotary dryer, heat supply unit, waste heat recovery assembly, dust purification system, PLC automatic control cabinet and finished material conveyor. It realizes fully automated continuous production from raw material feeding, drying, dust treatment to dried material output, with stable outlet moisture and high operational reliability. It is the ideal complete equipment for palm waste recycling, biomass pellet and biofuel manufacturing projects.
2. Working Principle
This complete palm biomass rotary drying plant adopts countercurrent heat exchange with waste heat recycling and centralized intelligent control principle. Wet palm biomass residues are quantitatively and continuously transported into the rotary dryer by feeding equipment. Custom anti-blocking and wear-resistant lifting plates repeatedly lift and disperse the fibrous or granular palm materials to form uniform material curtain for sufficient heat exchange with hot air. Hot air flows opposite to the material moving direction and evaporates surface and internal moisture of palm biomass. Part of waste heat from exhaust gas is recycled to improve overall thermal efficiency. Multiple sensors collect real-time data of drum temperature, air flow and finished material moisture and send signals to the PLC control cabinet, which automatically adjusts feeding speed and heat output to maintain stable drying indicators. Exhaust gas and fine fiber/dust are purified by the matched dust removal system to meet local environmental emission standards. Qualified dried palm biomass is continuously conveyed to subsequent pelletizing, briquetting or boiler fuel supply processes.
