This Double Roller Crusher is professionally engineered for pre-fine crushing of iron ore before ball mill grinding. Working Principle
Driven by a high-torque power system, the two rollers rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Pre-crushed iron ore materials are evenly fed into the crushing cavity. Through continuous, powerful extrusion and grinding between the double rollers, medium-sized iron ore lumps are crushed into fine and uniform particles suitable for ball mill grinding. By adjusting the roller clearance, operators can precisely control the feeding fineness of the ball mill to achieve the best grinding efficiency and production output.

Mainly suitable for fine crushing of iron ore, magnetite, hematite and other hard metal ores before grinding. Also applicable for pre-processing of copper ore, manganese ore and other high-hardness mineral materials.
