This wall-mounted explosion proof power distribution box is a professional industrial explosion-proof electrical equipment developed and manufactured for flammable, explosive, gas and vapor hazardous environments. It is widely applicable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive gas areas, as well as general industrial corrosive and dusty working conditions. The entire enclosure is made of high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy with high-pressure die-casting molding process, featuring high mechanical strength, strong pressure resistance, excellent impact resistance and stable structural performance. The surface is treated with electrostatic epoxy spray painting, which provides outstanding anti-corrosion, anti-aging, anti-yellowing and weather resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation in outdoor, humid, dusty and chemical corrosive environments.
The product reaches IP66 professional waterproof and dustproof protection level, which can completely prevent dust intrusion and resist high-pressure water flushing, effectively adapting to severe outdoor working conditions such as rain, snow, wind and sand. This explosion proof distribution box supports Exd IIB and Exd IIC explosion-proof grades, covering most conventional and high-risk flammable gas environments including natural gas, methane, ethylene, propylene and hydrogen-related hazardous mediums. It fully meets the safety power distribution requirements of petrochemical plants, chemical workshops, oil and gas stations, pharmaceutical factories, new energy processing plants, grain and powder processing industries.
Adopting advanced internal modular assembly structure, the distribution box features standardized internal installation rail and flexible circuit layout. Users can freely assemble circuit breakers, relays, terminals and other electrical components according to actual power distribution demands. The internal wiring space is reasonable and spacious, which facilitates neat wiring, subsequent inspection, maintenance and circuit upgrading. The product is equipped with standardized explosion-proof cable entry ports with complete sealing accessories. Each cable inlet is equipped with high-quality rubber sealing ring and compression fastening structure, which can closely fit the cable outer diameter to prevent external flammable gas, water vapor and dust from entering the box body, effectively avoiding explosion risks caused by poor sealing.
The whole machine is designed with reliable grounding protection structure and professional equipotential grounding terminals to ensure timely export of static electricity and induced current during equipment operation, prevent static accumulation and electric spark generation, and fundamentally improve the safety of power distribution operation. All fastening bolts are made of high-quality anti-rust stainless steel materials. The explosion-proof joint surface is precisely processed with smooth and flat clearance, which can effectively block and cool internal explosion flame and pressure, prevent explosion diffusion, and ensure stable explosion-proof performance for long-term use.
With compact wall-mounted installation design, the product saves on-site installation space, simplifies construction steps and improves overall wiring efficiency.
