XZFT Attachments excavator rock bucket:
1. The cutting end is a heavy edge carrying chisel shaped rock teeth on bolted adapters, so both the point and the adapter are renewable parts rather than welded consumables.
2. Two side cutters are bolted at the corners of the bucket, which is where the edge grinds along the face, so the wear line is on a bolted part that is renewed on its own.
3. Wear bars welded along the underside of the shell protect the heel, which is the part dragged across rock on every pass.
4. The shell is built from heavy plate with a rounded back and a smooth interior, so rock releases when the load is tipped instead of wedging in corners.
5. The pin ears are tied together across the head and gusseted into the shell, so the bucket can be worked hard on a CAT 320 class machine without the head spreading under load.
Reinforced Construction:
Rock buckets are built with thicker, stronger steel plates and wear-resistant materials to endure the impact and abrasion of rocks and hard ground.

They are equipped with aggressive, heavy-duty teeth that can penetrate and break up rock formations.
