RSPD-500-U4H Surge Protector

A surge is a transient ultra-high voltage generated in a circuit due to interference from other electrical appliances or lightning. This ultra-high voltage may pose a threat to your appliances. Once it enters your appliance, it may either break down the components and insulation layers, or generate a transient high current that burns out the appliance.
    A surge absorber suppresses surges to keep as little surge as possible from entering yoursystem circuit,so that yoursystem circuitand appliances can operate normally withoutdamage.Compared with other similar products, the fundamental difference of this surge absorber is that it can continuously protect the protected object in a short time when encountering continuous and multiple lightning strikes. There is no break point. In contrast, those semi-mechanical types cannot provide continuous, uninterrupted protection to the protected object. The function of the surge absorber is to prevent instantaneous high voltage from damaging equipment.

This product is specially designed for three-phase power circuit applications. Combining multiple PAVs with specially treated electrodes greatly improves noise immunity test capability and surge life. This product is built on a single-unit design.
