XZFT Attachments excavator tilt bucket:
1. Two tilt cylinders work on the shell from opposite sides, so the angle is driven at more than one point and the shell does not twist under load.
2. The tilt assembly sits on a baseplate bolted to the shell, so the whole unit can be unbolted for service instead of being cut away from the body.
3. The hose runs are carried over the bracket inside protective wraps, so the lines stay clear of the material and off the ground while the shell is tilted.
4. The pivot pin passes through the mounting head and is retained at the end, so the tilt point is a serviceable pin rather than a welded joint.
5. The shell is a wide curved plate body, so material is rolled and shaped along the pass instead of being dug out in one spot.
