1. What is the difference between prepainted galvanized coil and regular GI coil?
Regular GI coil is only zinc-coated, while prepainted coil adds an organic topcoat over the zinc layer. This provides better corrosion resistance, aesthetic appeal, and eliminates the need for painting after fabrication. It is especially suitable for visible panels like refrigerator doors and air duct covers.
2. What thickness tolerances can you guarantee for cut-to-length sheets?
For thickness from 1.0mm to 2.0mm, we typically hold ±0.05mm thickness tolerance as per EN 10346 standards. Length tolerance for cut-to-length sheets is ±0.15mm, and width tolerance is ±0.2mm. We can tighten these tolerances upon request for high-precision applications.
3. Can I choose a color from any color system?

7. What packaging is provided for sea transportation?

All packaging is designed for container or break-bulk shipping and meets international export standards.
8. Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide small sample coupons (A4 size) free of charge, with delivery paid by the customer. For full-size sample sheets or coils, we charge the material cost but deduct it from the final invoice for orders above 20 tons. This allows you to verify quality and performance before placing a large order.
