XZFT Attachments excavator rock bucket:
Four point five cubic metres of capacity is matched to a 55 ton class carrier, so the machine moves bulk material with a full bucket instead of making up the rate in extra passes.
The shell is a wide, deep volume body with a rounded back, so the load fills evenly across the width and runs out cleanly over a truck body or a stockpile.
Teeth along the edge are carried on bolt on adapters, so the points and the adapters are renewed as parts while the reinforced edge behind them stays in service.
Teeth are fitted at both ends of the cutting edge as well as along it, so the corners of a wide bucket are cut by teeth instead of being left as bare plate.
The pin ears sit in a reinforced head tied into the shell by gussets, and the bucket needs no auxiliary circuit, so it pins to a CAT 355 class machine and works.
Reinforced Construction:
