Cutting precision and production efficiency requirements are high, and processing is relatively difficult. Therefore, the grinding technology of camshafts has always been the focus of attention in the industry. Application of cbn camshaft grinding wheel
It is mainly used to grind various crankshafts and camshafts of automobiles, tractors and transport aircraft engines.
Grinding camshaft grinding wheel: used in Germany, Japan, the United States and domestic grinding camshaft machine tools, grinding wheel specifications Ф200～Ф500mm, grinding wheel using linear speed 40～125m/s, single-piece grinding wheel processing 8000～4000 shaft. The processing cost of a single part is 30-50% lower than that of an imported grinding wheel.
Crankshaft grinding wheel: It is used for grinding crankshaft machine tools in Germany, USA, Japan and China. The grinding wheel specifications are Ф400～Ф700mm, the grinding wheel uses linear speed of 40～150m/s, and the single-piece grinding wheel processes 8000～30,000 axes. The processing cost of a single part is 30-50% lower than that of an imported grinding wheel.
