CAK80135 Heavy-duty CNC lathe is one of the leading products of CNC machine tools of Jiangsu Daxiang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The spindle of this product adopts a large-aperture design, with good rigidity of the bed and a compact structure.
The machine tool can process various shaft and disc parts, and can turn various threads, arcs, cones, and complex internal and external curved surfaces of rotating bodies. It is especially suitable for industries such as the automotive industry, metallurgy, military, and aerospace, and is used for high-efficiency, large-scale, and high-precision processing of rotating body parts.
The machine tool adopts an electromechanical-hydraulic integrated design, with a compact and reasonable overall layout, which is convenient for maintenance. The spindle adopts hydraulic four-speed; stepless speed regulation within each gear , with large torque, stability, and reliability. The appearance conforms to the ergonomic design, and a movable suspended operating console is adopted, which is user-friendly and convenient for operation.
The control system configured for the machine tool adopts Guang Shu 980TDi CNC system ( 980TDi is a product of the Second R & D Department of Guangshu, with functions such as thread repair, trajectory preview, and auxiliary programming module). The ball screws are precision ball screws produced by Shaanxi Hanjiang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The hydraulic and centralized lubrication systems both use well-known domestic products.
CAK80135 Heavy-duty CNC lathe realizes modular design. The tool post is a vertical four-station electric tool post, with a manual tailstock and chuck. The machine tool protection adopts double-sliding door closed protection.
II. Structural features of the machine tool
1. High-rigidity bed
The bed of the CAK80135 heavy-duty machine tool is made of high-quality cast iron, with a reasonable internal rib layout. The bed is of an integral type, with a guide rail width of 600mm and good rigidity. The sliding guide rail is quenched by medium-frequency induction, with a deep hardened layer and a hardness of over HRC50 °. The mating surface between the carriage and the bed is pasted with plastic.
2. Introduction to the main drive
The spindle of this series of machine tools has hydraulic four-speed stepless speed regulation, with a spindle speed of 17 - 1000 r/min, large torque, and good reliability. The spindle bearings are high-precision domestic bearings (from Dalian Kaitele). (Dalian Kaitele bearings are mainly used in well-known domestic manufacturers such as Shenzhong Machine Tool, Shenyang, Dalian, Baoji, Yunnan CY , and Anyang Xinsheng) They run smoothly and have high precision.
3. Feed system
The Z-axis feed system of the machine tool uses a servo motor to drive the ball screw, and the X-axis feed system uses a servo motor to directly drive the ball screw through a coupling. The main screw of the machine tool is a high-precision screw from Shaanxi Hanjiang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. All lubrication points of the feed system are lubricated regularly by a centralized lubrication system.
4. Tool post
This series of lathes uses a vertical four-position electric tool post. When the upper tool body of the four-position tool post rotates, it does not need to be lifted, which eliminates the interference of coolant and cutting during the rotation of the tool post, and has high sealing performance.
5. Electrical system
(1) CNC system and servo drive system
The CNC system of the machine tool uses the Guangshu CNC system, which can adapt to high-efficiency, high-speed, and high-precision machining, and has the characteristics of convenient operation, complete functions, and high reliability.
(2) The electrical cabinet is fully enclosed.
