2PG1000×800 Large Double Roller Crusher is a heavy‑duty medium‑fine crushing machine specially developed for artificial sand making plants. Working Principle
Driven by powerful power unit, two rollers of 2PG1000×800 rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Pre‑crushed stone materials fall into the crushing cavity. Under strong continuous extrusion, shearing and grinding action between the two large rollers, rock lumps are crushed into qualified sand‑sized particles. By adjusting roller clearance, operators can flexibly modify sand particle size to satisfy different sand‑making technical requirements.
Applicable Materials
Suitable for river pebble, basalt, granite, limestone, quartz stone, dolomite and other medium‑hard and hard rocks for artificial sand making and aggregate processing.
