This flameproof explosion proof fluorescent light is a standard lighting fixture designed for petrochemical and other industrial hazardous areas. It is suitable for workplaces where flammable gas and vapor may exist, providing daily lighting for workshops and operation zones. The fixture adopts conventional flameproof structure and meets the basic requirements for electrical lighting used in hazardous industrial sites.
The lamp housing is made of die-cast aluminum alloy. This material has stable structure and good corrosion resistance, which can adapt to industrial environments with humidity and slight corrosive gas. The flameproof joint surface is processed normally. If internal parts produce sparks during working, the flameproof structure can limit the transfer of high temperature, so it will not ignite flammable gas outside the lamp.
This fluorescent light comes with IP66 protection grade. The sealing design between the lamp body and cover can reduce dust and moisture entering the inner part. It protects the light tube and internal wiring from corrosion and short circuit. The inner space is arranged reasonably, leaving enough room for wiring and heat dissipation, so the lamp can work stably for a long time under continuous operation.
The light source offers even illumination and relatively low power consumption. Compared with many traditional lamps, it needs less maintenance work. The whole lamp body is compact, and the mounting structure is simple. Workers can finish installation quickly, and daily inspection and component replacement are easy to carry out.
This explosion proof fluorescent light is widely used in chemical plants, oil depots, petrochemical workshops and other hazardous areas. All products are produced according to standard production process. The finished goods are packed in export cartons. The carton can reduce friction and impact damage during transportation.
