XZFT Attachments excavator rock bucket:
1. The bucket cuts with chisel shaped rock teeth carried on bolted adapters, so the point that takes the wear is renewed as a small part while the shanks stay on the edge.
2. Bolt on side cutters are fitted at the corners, where the edge rubs against the face or the trench wall, so that wear line falls on a bolted part rather than on the corner of the shell.
3. Wear bars are welded along the underside of the shell, so the heel of the bucket is protected where it is dragged across rock and hard, abrasive ground.
4. The shell is heavy plate with a rounded back, and the pin ears are tied by a plate across the head with gussets down to the shell, so the digging load is carried by the structure.
5. Pinned to a CAT 320 class machine, the bucket goes onto the linkage the machine already has, with the pins held in the bosses and no auxiliary circuit to connect.
Reinforced Construction:
Rock buckets are built with thicker, stronger steel plates and wear-resistant materials to endure the impact and abrasion of rocks and hard ground.
