XZFT Attachments' excavator digging bucket:
It's the general purpose bucket that normally comes with teeth, and it is suitable for digging, loading, and moving various materials like soil, sand, and loose rock.
Characteristics:
One point eight cubic metres of capacity is sized to a 36 ton class carrier, so the machine takes a full bucket of soil, sand or gravel rather than making up the rate in extra cycles.
The shell is wide and deep with a rounded back, so the load fills evenly from side to side and runs out cleanly when the stick is rolled out over a truck or a spoil heap.
Teeth along the edge are carried on bolt on adapters, so the points that take the wear are renewed as small parts while the adapters and the heavy edge behind them stay in service.
Bolt on side cutters guard both corners and welded wear segments run along the curved side plate edges, so the lines that rub the face and the ground are the lines that get renewed.
The pin ears sit in a reinforced head tied down into the shell by gussets, and there is no auxiliary circuit, so the bucket pins to a CAT 336 class machine and digs.
