This machining center / milling machine's feed axes are controlled by three coordinates of X , Y Z
I. Main Structural Features
◆ High-quality castings: The whole machine uses HT300 high-grade resin sand molding castings, which are subjected to tempering treatment, vibration and natural aging treatment to eliminate internal stress.
◆ Ultra-wide base: One-piece castings provide the most stable load-bearing support capacity. Coupled with the water guide plate design, the cutting fluid does not leak.
◆ Herringbone column: Widening the span of the joint surface improves the rigidity of the machine tool.
◆ Ribbed machine head design: The internal ribs are thickened and enlarged, greatly improving the machining rigidity.
◆ Full-travel support for three axes: The three-axis hard rails are all tempered and plastic-coated It effectively enhances the dynamic accuracy and service life.
◆ Super-large rail span design: Ultra-wide rails ensure stable machining accuracy.
◆ Rear-mounted Y-axis motor: Shorten the distance between upper and lower workpieces and improve the convenience of processing.
◆ Japanese-style scraping process: Manual operation by professionals maintains the accuracy and durability of the machine body.
◆ Taiwan-made C3-grade ball screws: Taiwan-made C3-grade ball screws are used to ensure the accuracy of axial operation.
◆ Taiwan-made telescopic shields: Taiwan-made shields are used for the three axes to extend the service life. The rear shield of the Y-axis uses a single-piece herringbone and full-rail support, achieving effective protection, easy chip removal, and convenient maintenance. The counterweight is equipped with a guide rod, so the counterweight does not shake when moving up and down.
◆Oil-water separation of the machine body: The machine body is designed with oil-water separation. The beveled chip discharge port and the full - aspect chip flushing design combine the rigidity of the machine body, easy chip removal, and the advantages that the cutting fluid is not easy to stink and leak.
◆Taiwan-made spindle: The main body is assembled with P4-grade bearings to ensure low vibration at various speeds.
◆Built-in pipelines: Avoid the concern of iron chips and cutting fluid eroding the pipelines.
