2PG800×600 Double Roller Crusher is a medium‑large size crushing unit equipped with high manganese steel roller shells. Working Principle
Driven by power assembly, the two rollers of 2PG800×600 rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Raw materials fall into the crushing cavity. Under continuous extrusion, shearing and grinding force between two rollers with high manganese steel roller shells, lump ores and rocks are crushed into required particle size. Users adjust roller clearance to change output granularity for different production requirements.
Applicable Materials
Suitable for limestone, basalt, river pebble, quartz stone, dolomite, iron ore, coal, coal gangue and other medium‑hard and hard brittle materials. Especially ideal for highly abrasive materials that demand long‑life wear parts.
