Product description:
1. The screen is mesh, held to the drum by clamp bands and bolt rows, so the openings run uniform around the barrel and the mesh stays taut between the bands rather than bagging.
2. The drive sits behind a bolted cover on the side of the frame, so the motor is reached through that cover instead of by taking the drum out of the bucket.
3. The frame is a welded box built around the drum, which is what carries the pin bosses at the head and takes the digging and lifting loads into the structure.
4. Hydraulic lines are coil wrapped and taken over the top of the frame with a loop at the moving end, keeping them off the ground and clear of the material being screened.
5. Nothing but the drum circuit is plumbed: the bucket pins onto a thirty tonne class linkage, the drum runs off one auxiliary circuit, and the screen bands are the parts to check at service.
