I. Product Introduction and Application
This product X , Y , Z three axes adopt servo direct - coupled control semi - closed - loop vertical structure. The spindle is driven by a servo motor through a synchronous belt, which can realize one - time clamping of various complex parts such as discs, plates, shells, cams, molds, etc., and can complete various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, rigid tapping, etc. It is suitable for the production of multi - variety and small - to - medium - batch products and can meet the processing requirements of complex and high - precision parts. It can be equipped with a fourth rotary axis to meet the processing requirements of special parts.
II. Main Structural Features
1. 7、 The X , Y , and Z three directions of guide rails and screws are all equipped with protective devices to ensure the cleanliness of the screws and guide rails, and ensure the transmission, motion accuracy and service life of the machine tool;
8、 The external protection of the machine tool adopts a full-protection structure design, which is convenient to operate, safe and reliable, and beautiful;
9、 A reliable centralized automatic lubrication device is adopted to automatically lubricate each lubrication point of the machine tool intermittently at regular time and quantity. The lubrication time can be adjusted according to the working conditions;
